Choose from three versatile spaces to host your event: The House, Event Hall and Courtyard, which include rental tables, chairs, and a few pieces of accent furniture. We offer a preferred caterer and beverage service with security. All other outside vendors are welcome.
The House can host up to 100 guests. The Event Hall can host up to 150 guests with a dance floor and 200 guests without a dance floor. The Courtyard can host up to 200 guests. Also, use of entire property can host up to 300 guests. Event space rental is 12 hours total with 6 hours of set up, 5 hours of event time, and 1 hour of breakdown. With its chic, clean-looking interior, the house is ready to be customized to your event! The space is versatile and accommodating, ready to be adorned with tables of food, floral arrangements, and celebration details. From intimate showers to larger receptions and corporate get-togethers, our house can be home for up to 100 of your guests.
If you need a little more room to dance or network, you can move the party to the event hall. It hosts up to 200 guests and comes fully equipped with tables and chairs. With french doors and stunning natural light coming in from all angles, it’s a lovely and timeless space for any event.
The Courtyard of the Bingham House has a magical quality, embellished in string lights and host to a historic wishing well. It’s the celebration space of anyone’s dreams and an ideal spot for an outdoor wedding or party. It also holds 200 guests and has chairs available for use.
